Thriving is a unique, activity-based mental health program designed to support emotional wellness, build resilience, and strengthen connection within ourselves and our community.

Hosted by the Mental Health Task Force of Polk County in partnership with The Acreage and facilitated by licensed mental health therapist Kim Henningsgard, Thriving offers a safe, welcoming space to explore what it means to truly care for our mental health. Through a combination of guided discussion, practical tools, and experiential learning, participants walk away with strategies they can use in everyday life.
