Board Member

Betsy Byker, a founding member of the Mental Health Task Force of Polk County, has studied Early Childhood and Infant Mental Health, providing parent education and community training on the importance of the early years, the effects of trauma, and life-long health. Currently, Betsy is employed as the Diaper Bank Manager for United Way St. Croix and Red Cedar Valley.
