We care.
We also understand that sometimes, it’s hard to know where to start, or who to ask for help. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of confidential resources that you can call, text, chat, or visit online as you figure out how to take the first step towards restoring your, or a loved one’s mental health.
Most of these services are free of cost, and many are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whether locally or nationally, each of these organizations wants to listen and guide you, or someone you care about, in the next step toward health and restoration.
If you or someone you know is in immediate crisis, please call 911, or the suicide lifeline at 988. Your life, and the lives of those around you, matters more than you know. Please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone.
