Our Board of Directors is excited to announce that Lisa Murphy is joining us as the new Director of the Mental Health Task Force of Polk County. Lisa follows in the exceptional footsteps of Jennifer Griggs-Andress, who was recently named Executive Director of Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley.

“I am thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to lead the Mental Health Task Force of Polk County as it continues to grow and evolve as an organization,” said Lisa, “Jennifer has done amazing work over the past 3+ years and I am excited to continue to build upon the foundation she’s established. The Mental Health Task Force serves a crucial role in our local community that is only increasing in importance.”

Lisa is a skilled nonprofit leader with a passion for mental health advocacy and stigma reduction. Her experience in nonprofit administration, resource development, programs, and communications will be an asset to the Mental Health Task Force in its next chapter.

“We can’t think of a stronger individual to lead the important community work that the Task Force is doing,” said Chris Crowe, Chair, Mental Health Task Force Board of Directors, “Lisa’s skills, experience, and leadership will help our organization have a positive impact throughout Polk County and our region for years to come!”
