BOARD MEMBER

Becky Styles, a dedicated and seasoned educator with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, assumed her role as a Mental Health Task Force Board Member in 2023. Currently serving as the superintendent of the School District of Osceola, she brings a wealth of experience from her journey that commenced in 1993.

Throughout her diverse roles as a teacher, school counselor, and high school and middle school administrator and director of instruction, she has demonstrated an unwavering belief that education is the cornerstone of a healthy community, Becky recognizes the intrinsic link between academic achievement and mental health. In joining the Mental Health Task Force, she seeks to harness the power of collaborative community efforts to address the intricate challenges of mental health and wellness.

Personally, Becky finds joy in various pursuits, including spending quality time with her family—a source of inspiration and support. A fervent reader, she appreciates the transformative power of literature. Whether exploring new destinations or simply savoring the joys of travel, Becky seeks to broaden her perspectives. Additionally, she embraces the tranquility of nature while walking her dog, recognizing the therapeutic benefits of this simple yet meaningful activity.
